Introducing…..Mandy Allen, Guest Poster Extraordinaire

To Your Success

Susan May has kindly asked me to be a guest writer on her blog for a short time.  I hope you enjoy the next few posts I will be making on her behalf.

Often our success, or failure, is dependent on others pointing us in the right direction.  If we are able to learn from other people’s experiences it helps us to avoid the pitfalls and failures that they have lived through.

Sometimes it can be hard to share those failures for fear of appearing lacking, weak, silly or any other negative you might attach to a ‘mistake’ or ‘failure’.  But it is through these experiences that we ourselves learn and we can pass on that learning to others if we choose to do so.

A lot of step by step manuals share positive experiences that work.  Often they do not outline the possibility of failure or the mistakes made on the journey in any way.  One of the reasons for this could be that something that may not work for one person may work for another, and vice versa.

We should all have the opportunity to learn from both our own experiences and those of other people.

So be brave, share the stories of your failures as well as your successes.  You may help someone else to avoid making the same mistakes you have, and that is a priceless gift to give someone else.

Thank you for reading.  If you would like to visit my blog you can find me at http://mandyallen.com.

 Enjoy the journey.

  1. Mandy has great writing skills and always has super information to share. Everyone should take the time to check out her several sites.

Susan, I am ashamed to say this is the first I’ve made it to your site. I guess all of us are pretty busy with the class…I am behind big-time, but intend to be up to speed by the end of next week, depending on what John gives us on Monday.

  2. Hi Susan and Mandy,

I totally agree, over the last few years i learned that most successful internet marketers, learn the ropes from other successful people and as time went by learned and added their own techniques to the system that maybe even the original person didn`t use, its kinda like success evolution?

  3. Hi Mandy and Susan,
Wow Mandy you are really busy you obviously fit so much into your life. I agree with you about sharing failure, fear of failure is a very strong factor in not achieving your dreams.
    Good luck

    Hello.

I don’t think it should be called “failure”. We may have “failed” along the way the life lessons are invaluable, as you say.

Good stuff – keep it up ladies!

  5. Hi Susan & Mandy
I absolutely agree, if we can share some of the mistakes we’ve made and can just save one other person the time and pain we experienced, then it will be well worth it.
    Great post Mandy
    Cheers

  6. Hi Mandy and Susan,
Glad to hear your voice again Susan. Do hope things are ok with mom…and dad.
Thanks for the reminder Mandy that we can learn as much or more from our mistakes and failures and we should never be afraid to share our experiences.
    Kathy

  7. Hi all –

I have to take this opportunity to thank Mandy Allen publicly for seeing my desperate need for help and jumping in and taking the reins. It is appreciated beyond what I can express so Thank You, Mandy.

Although I am so far behind on my Masterclass, I cannot believe what true, genuine people we have in our class. Some of you are closer to me than people I actually physically know and I will never reget my Marketclass investment for many reasons, but the friendships made are one of my favorite unexpected bonuses.

My mom is not doing well and has to see a cardiologist on Thursday. Please think of us on that day if you can.

    xoxo
    Susan
