Thanks for sticking around…..
Hey Everyone!
I am so ashamed of my lack of posting so I want to apologize right off the bat. I was very dedicated at the beginning of our Masterclass – and still am – but life has gotten in the way lately; let me explain. We found out in March that my mother has vascular dementia, possibly Alzheimer’s but the brain scan results are promising that it is NOT Alzheimer’s and for that I am unbelievably grateful. Even though March was the definite diagnosis there were several months before that where we were all very worried and trying to figure things out, etc. I only tell you these things so you will know that I have not lost interest at all with our Masterclass, I have only been distracted. My goal now is to try to devote at least 2 hours per day on my Internet Marketing business – now that we have a treatment plan in place and specific days/times that me and my siblings are going to my parents house to help my Dad out. He still works outside the home which could very easily be somewhat of a relief for him – but when the time comes that he needs to be home all day every day, I think I will introduce him to ways to make money from the internet from the comfort of your home. But first, I have to learn how to do it myself!
Thank you to everyone who has come back to my blog, even when there was nothing new whatsoever, and for taking the time to leave comments anyway – you have no idea how much I appreciate it. I am now going to set off and aquaint myself with everyone’s blog and try to catch up and hopefully the next time you stop by my blog, you will see some awesome new content!
Happy Spring everyone!
Susan
Hey, Susan, welcome back! You have been missed. Looking froward to seeing more posts from you and glad things have turned out better than you thought with your mum.
Enjoy the journey.

One of the best parts of this Masterclass group is the friendships I have developed and plan on continuing from now on. Thanks so much for your kind words!

Hi Susan!
Welcome back! So pleased to hear the result wasn’t Alzheimers – although if they diagnose it soon enough there are drugs that can significantly slow the effects of it. Sadly my mum was diagnosed with it but was “not afflicted enough” to be offered the drugs. When they retested her a whole year later (even though we had begged them to retest because we KNEW she was suffering), she was “too far progressed” to benefit from the drugs.
I always feel I let mum down because the NHS “missed” her “window” of drug benefit. I couldn’t have done more – just a matter of NHS funding.
I hope you never know what I’m talking about. The Masterclass is brilliant – and videoed. If you need to “step out” for a while to be with your parents, do it. You may never get the chance again. The internet, and the Masterclass will still be here.
Best wishes
Susan
Susan,
Glad to hear that your mom is doing better. I am glad you have siblings close at hand to help out.
We’re here for you…should you need anything…just ask.
The videos will always be here…take good care of dad.
Wishing you the best…
Kathy
Hi Susan, I also look after my ol’ mum and it can be very hard work at times, but i bet she thought that when i was a child, (probably still does ha ha).
Fair play to you Susan, and like Susan Owen-Thursfield the internet and masterclass will still be here.
If ever i can help in any way just ask my friend.
Respect & Regards

Hi Susan
I’m sorry to learn that your mother is unwell, but hopefully with family support things will be easier for her and your father.
I can empathise with ‘life getting in the way’ as you put it – I had surgery a in mid-April and this put me completely out of kilter as far as keeping up to speed with Masterclass is concerned. I still have not caught up with the tasks as of now.
I have read that, for one reason or another, a few students have fallen behind as well. This is not really surprising since we probably all have jobs or similar responsibilities that must come first. So don’t worry – you are not alone.
Best wishes for the future – Keith
Hi Susan,
I personally think that considering your situation theres no problem whatsoever, i mean think about people who haven`t bothered for a long long time because they cannot be bothered !
FAMILY in these situations comes first!

Hi Susan
I hope you will still continue with the class. I understand fully what you are going through right now. My mother also suffers from dementia which I think is such a cruel disease to get towards the end of your life. Stay well.
Best wishes
Ann
Hi Susan,
I know this is a really late comment – your post is from many months ago
I’m a coaching student (pre-Master Class) and I understand how things get in the way. I’m too just getting started again, slowly but surely. I just hope John is very understanding LOL Anyway, I hope you made your goal of getting back to work on your business.
Good luck,
Gwen
And best wishes for your mother and her treatment. I hope things are going well for your family.
